Beautiful one of a kind tiny house built by local contractor.

Built on a 24′ x 8′ trailer specifically designed for tiny houses.

Never lived in, 90% furnished all that is missing is a toilet and refrigerator. There is a space for a 24″ refrigerator. It can be set up to use a composting or standard toilet. There is a full sized shower!

Sleeping loft will accommodate a queen mattress and the secondary loft can be used for storage or sleeping with a double mattress. The smaller loft window can be removed to install an air conditioner.

A combination of spray in and foam board insulation means you will stay warm, even in Montana winters.
