This is a timberline trailer that I stripped down to the frame and converted into a tiny house. It is 14 ft tall and 27 ft long and 8 ft wide. It has a bathroom with a loft bedroom, kitchen, and living room. It has a fridge as well as a pantry. A stove top comes with the tiny house but there is no oven.
The tiny house can be hooked up to a 50 amp service or a normal RV plug in. There are no holding tanks on it so you will need a sewer dump as well. The cabinets are custom built and have a lot of storage space. I built it about a year ago and it has been a great place to live in. Let me know if you have any questions.
