This 360 sq ft (10ft x 36ft) tiny house is perfect for someone wanting a move-in ready place while also being able to make it their own. This tiny house is actually up to house code with the electrical being like the electrical of a normal sized house. The unfinished bathroom comes with all the main amenities: a jacuzzi tub, “no-touch” sink, a space for a stack-able washer and dryer, and plenty of shelf space. There are stairs leading to both a carpeted loft and also a hardwood floored section.

This tiny house is heavily insulated, and has the wiring set up for an air conditioner, and it already has a heater installed. There are two large french doors in the kitchen that can bring this tiny house so much light!
