House Boat For Sale - Oakland Hills, CA
We are sad to say that we are selling our fantastic houseboat and we need to do it fast, so priced to move. A group of friends who lived in Davis and Sacramento bought this house boat about two years ago and have spent these last few years fixing it up. It has been so much fun working on the boat and taking it out on the beautiful Sacramento River, but unfortunately many of us have moved away and we would like to see it with people who can get more use out of it. It is currently docked at Sting Rayz Marina in Knights Landing California. You would need to arrange a pick up from there.
The boat is one room with a patio in the back and front of the boat. Comfortably sleeps four people with a futon and booth seating area that converts to bed. You can fit many more people on the boat for day journeys (about 10 -12 people). There is a kitchen with cabinets and sink. There is a bathroom, sink, and shower, although we have not used either. The toilet would need a septic system, but water can be pumped and used in shower and sink. There are functioning lights throughout the cabin and a wonderful flat roof for additional room to hang out in the sun.
After buying the boat there are endless options for what you can do with it. You can do what we did and set up a docking arrangement at Sting Rayz, which we found is an affordable and fun location for the boat’s home near Sacramento and Davis. Or you can come with a trailer and take it out of the water nearby where it is docked or you can be adventurous and ride it down the Sacramento River to any location on the Delta.
