Irish Gypsy Caravan Cottage

We are a collective of artisan cottage builders that have built unique backyard cottages and tiny houses for over a decade now. We have two options in providing you a tiny house solution.

The Irish Gypsy Caravan model is available, having been meticulously built by our leading artisan carpenters. One is available now & is a cute green Cedar Gypsy Caravan and has many unique features. It is 9′ x 22′ and can be set up on concrete piers, or it can be mounted on a full triple axle trailer to keep it legally “portable” ($3300 cost of new trailer- worth $4800).

The unique Irish Gypsy cottage has a full bath, toilet, sink and shower, with a very efficient and cost effective hot water heater. The interior arched and curved ceiling is a classic tongue and groove cedar, also with a cedar waincot. The floor is a complimentary Pecan hardwood laminate floor. We went the extra mile on this unit and also installed a very warm “Emu Leather” wall covering above the natural cedar wainscot. Windows are all premium wood windows, double pane, insulated with Low E glass. It’s a two room unit, in that there is a cozy living in the front and a separate bedroom/studio area for a loft bunk bed in the rear.
